No, we don't make that promise to everyone who calls, but a few weeks ago during the Coachella Fest, a customer called because he'd locked himself out of his Lexus and needed a messenger to meet him at his hotel, pick-up his credentials, and drive to the Lexus dealership and back.
Since I was only a few blocks away, I told him I'd be there in five minutes. And I was. He was impressed. This doesn't happen all the time, but generally we get things done pretty darned quickly around here.
