Unbelieveable service, internet issues on going for weeks, no everyone says they will report 2 weeks later 10+ phone calls later. I call again to be told I'll report the issue?? So, at what point do I get a refund for no service. Lies upon lies - they want the money but no service or partial working service. DO NOT ORDER THERE SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU WON'T RECEIVE!!!
I have filed a complaint again them with the BBB whether or not anything will be done or not I don't know but I won't go away without making my point.
I had service with many other providers through the years in different parts of the country but never experienced the lack of assistance or unable to assist. It makes no sense!!
