I purchased a gift for my mother and needed to return it because it did not work for her. I paid TOP dollar for this item and returned it within 3 days with tag in tact and receipt. The owner REFUSED to give me a refund. She stated that all sales are final and I could either get a gift card for the amount or do an exchange. She was rude and obstinate. I will NEVER shop at this store again. The items can be purchased elsewhere for a better bargain.
