These guys used to be good and actually care about their customers. Unfortunately, I don’t think that is true anymore. My scooter wouldn’t start, so I called to see if they would come get my scooter shortly after they opened in the morning. I go to school and work full time, so I don’t have much free time to get things done. They said they would, took my address, and then hung up. Three hours later, I thought I better call just to check to see if they forgot about me. The same guy answered and not very enthusiastically stated” I said we will be there in a few hours”. Needless to say, they never showed up, or even called to say they wouldn’t be able to come get it. I wasted an entire day off waiting for these guys, and they never even showed up, or even bothered to call to say they weren’t coming.
