I called earlier today to get some basic info, such as when new (40 hour) evening curriculum will begin. The guy I spoke with couldn't get me that answer. I explained that I'd have to do some juggling with my work schedule and that I had to know when their curriculum started, in case I couldn't start this time around. He still couldn't tell me and didn't offer to get back to me with that.
Fine.
I thought I'd just stop by on the way home from work, so I called to get their address and after the (different) guy told me that I'd need two copies of the Groupon coupon and a copy of my DL, I said, ""Can't I just come into your school to ask a few questions in person?"" His answer was a snide, ""Nope."". That's it. Nothing more. No explanations, no willingness to talk, nothing.
There's *no* way I'd take a chance on spending money at this place if their public facing people are this ignorant and unprofessional. I don't believe for a second this place is reputable.
