Let me just say that Dr Chang is awesome! BUT his staff is lacking any type of customer service skills. Especially his nurse. It is a nightmare getting any returned calls and I don't mean by the next day...you will be lucky if you hear from her in a week. I would change doctors but I like him very much. I am writing the review so maybe they will see it and make some improvements.
