I've been going to Maison Richard for years and I've never been disappointed by the quality of their cakes and pastries, always fresh and made with the finest ingredients.
I liked their location on Robertson Blvd and now that they've moved their cafe on Melrose it is not as convenient as it used to be for me, but I am still going there to buy all my birthday cakes. Their fruit tarts, napoleons, eclairs, strawberry fontenels, chocolate mousses are my favorite desserts. In december their chocolate christmas logs are to die for!
They also have a a large covered patio with plenty of seating, perfect for sunday's brunch or coffee and pastries in the afternoon.
