I bought a small ice cream cake for my son's 5th birthday. When we ate it, it tasted spoiled. I called the store and the lady wasn't very nice but said to bring the cake in and she will taste it to decide if it was spoiled. So my husband went there and she said she wasn't going to taste the cake because it was melted. They argued because the point was about the taste not about it being melted. I called her on the phone again to ask her why she didn't help us in any way. She cursed at me, screamed at me and was extremely rude. She said she didn't care it was my son's birthday. NEVER AGAIN will I go to Carvel. Especially at the Centereach location. I was disgusted by the service and disrespect.
