Pierre's is one of my favorite restaurants in the Hamptons by far. The food is always fresh and delicious and I can always count on it to be open and inviting. The steak tartare is absolutely the best I've ever had, East or West of the Atlantic, and the Moëlleux au chocolat Valrhona is perfection. Really sinfully delicious. Also, sometime there is a curry chicken soup on the menu that is simply the best, EVER. Pierre himself is forever the charming and gracious host and always a friendly face to see amongst the summer madness.
