I joined this gym for the same reason as everyone did- its cheap. I did not appreciate that when I go to use the facility it is not the cleanest as well as the machines being unkempt. However, sad to say that while it is cheap, so is the quality of their employees work. I have always had billing issues with this gym from the first month. Dealing with a woman today who called herself the manager has only made the experience even worse. I wanted to know why I was not being notified about fees that are being charged to my card prior to the charging of them. The manager told me flat out that they notify customers by email. I informed her they should have my email because I have had received notifications in the past and the answer I received was amazing... ""we cannot remember to notify every customer about everything"". Thanks, Fitness for 10, for informing your year long customer that you simply cannot care about every customer. If you want a cheap gym and do not care about what these people are charging your credit card for... then by all means join them
