I contacted Michael Johnson of Merry Go Round Auto Spa after finding a deal through Living Social. We schedule a time for him to come to my home and wash my vehicle and that of a friend. TWO HOURS after our set time, I CALLED HIM to see if he was coming. He offered no apology for his lateness. He merely stated that he was behind and would get there at some point. Then, it began to rain and we canceled the appointment.
I then setup another day a time with him. An hour before he was to arrive, he sent me an email asking if he could come the following day instead. I told him that would be better for me anyway, so we schedule a time for the following day. TWO AND A HALF HOURS after our set time, I EMAILED him stating that I was done waiting on him and would take my business elsewhere. This is the reply I received:
"" sorry! you got your nerves, you change the date the last time, i was waiting on you! anyway had gotten biz. early part of the day could not get away some times it is hard to catch up so late n the day. because i am already working else where. but can try and do thursday let me no. thanks.""
I did not change the date. Why would he be waiting for me? This is unacceptable behavior for anyone trying to run a business. He cared nothing for my time, which he wasted. He also felt it was okay to insult me while continuing to ask for my business. Unbelievable.
