Every part of this purchase has been hell! the sales people were very unknowledgable. all they were concerned with was repeatedly trying to sell a warranty that was garbage and gap insurance that was ridiculous. it took 7 hours to do the deal. they dont accept payments over teh phone and then they call you to bug you about a payment. i say i got your money here is my debit card number. oh we dont do that, well stop calling me then. steve was rude to my wife and if i wasnt a nice guy i would go see him about it. that place should be out of business. i would not recommend this car lot to my enemy!
