Put a minus in front of that star. I was sold a charger for my camera and it didn't work. When I raised this with the salesperson he said they could not give a refund. He tried to justify this by saying that people don't tell the truth about whether things work or not. When I said that whether it was working could be objectively ascertained, he suggested that people (presumably such as myself) may break things on purpose in order to get the refund. Wow. To be fair he did say I could return it for another charger. However, the purpose of buying the charger was for the trip that is now over - I could not use the camera on the trip as a result of the overpriced rubbish they sold. They clearly don't care about customer service as they have a captive audience of rushing travelers who don't have time to read reviews and who have no other choices.
