I've dealt with this company several times in the last five years. My dad referred me to him, because a friend of his daughter was married to one of the drivers. The drivers for the most part have always been super nice and gone the extra mile (literally to help me and my family out). However I hadn't used this company in over a year, and then I got into an accident. My insurance company paid for Ednic to store my car overnight. Once again the driver was nice, however the next morning (a saturday) I called to get my childs car seat out of the car, and I spoke with Angel (he says he was the manager). He was so super rude, made a comment about my ""hillbilly accent"", and even said ""nobody would want the stuff in your car, nobody likes country music anyways"". I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said ""I AM THE SUPERVISOR"". I was in tears I can't believe somebody could be so hateful!. I recently looked up the company on facebook hoping to find a contact for Ed or Jay Bruno (the actual owners) and found Angel's facebook page instead, it appears I'm not the only white person he hates...
