- You will be required to work at least 10 hours a day and are required to be a minimum of 40 hours billable a week regardless of how many hours of work it actually takes to get you to that 40 hour point. - You are expected to be on call and working even when you are not in the office and on your personal time. - There is no care for the employees they are strictly viewed as a disposable commodity and are treated accordingly. - Vacation time will be limited to only times they view as convenient to them, if you get an opportunity to take any at all. - Any personal issues will require you to work through them regardless of what they are, up to and including a death in your family. - They do not have an effective or efficient line of management. - The average tenure of an employee there is 8 months because they either leave or are fired, with the entire staff having turned over since January 2012 (this is written at the end of April 2012 for reference). - You will never be allowed to speak directly to a client - If you take time for a professional license refresher, expect to work that same amount of time the rest of that week to make sure your billable rate is 100% - You will not get to take any professional courses because it will, in their eyes, impede their product and productivity. - Don't ask, you will be ignored - They recognize that there is a moral problem, will openly acknowledge it but do nothing to fix it. - Any problems are the result of employees and have nothing whatsoever to do with the owners (in their eyes at least) - Their word is worthless, they will say one thing but never follow through on it This list can go on for a while. Do yourself a favor, do not even consider working here and do more research online regarding this company. Save yourself the time more
