This was the worse experience I have ever had from the start. The dental assistant was incompetent she made my mouth hurt and sprayed water in my my hair and face not just that visit but several I have a friend that also described the same thing happening to her. The t.vs were nice but I didn't get enough breaks to adjust or get comfortable. I was late the first time on account of waiting for child care and Dedra gave me a lecture and scolded me...mind you /i just had a baby was incredibly exhausted and not to mention this wasn't in private but in front of other clients and staff I felt like a little school girl. Valerie was friendly but terrifying she told me i had gum desaese and had to start root therapy all kinds of crap to get me in the chair to make more money. My new dentist is wonderful we haven;t had any issues and couldn't believe that she wanted to start root therapy and I had gum disease. Thats not the big issue her staff called me every day almost to schedule more and more appointments like I said to fill there chair and make money. I was told that my assurance covered my cleaning and being naive to the world of dental on my own as a married woman and new mom when they told me I believed them. I asked if it was covered and assumed that they wouldn't lie and had checked into it...I got a bill in the mail statement for 500 cleaning apparently it was a ""deep"" cleaning. My husband was going to call and figure it out...when the late notice came in the mail with handwritten note scribbled across overdue in red ink it made me feel like they were acting like they were rude and unprofessional. I knew it was a few weeks overdue but wow...when i switched dentist they were very unprofessional and took it personal they were rude and uncomfortable. I am writing the board and making complaints and claims of my own. Go to a dentist you can trust not one that's out to get you in the chair and lie to make money.
