This has been one of the worst experiences with my life working with this company. I've filed my own BBB complaint like RaymondKing as a property owner. We've had an extremely low and unprofessional level of communication from their property managers. They've had our tenants move-in early without any notification. This has caused us to go unprotected from a homeowner's insurance perspective for our renters, putting my family at risk. Additionally, they've lied to me constantly. Whether it's intentional or incompetence, your guess is as good as mine. We just want to end our contract with them, but the only way we can do that is by paying them a huge payout. We're preparing to fight this as hard as we can, but we want to be able to prevent others from falling in the same trap. I wish I had read these reviews prior to signing up with them, and will encourage everyone to do their research prior to choosing a property management group (and don't choose this one!).
