I had been a patient with Gallahue, of Shelbyville, Ind for quite some time, just recently my therapist had suddenly quit and a new so called therapist had filled his space, this therapist had called me after all of their rules had changed and said I missed too many days and had like 2 no shows in 1 months time, I had one. She told me I had to got to group for 4 weeks, I let her know I was not going. Then that also left me with not being able to see the Nurse Practitioner for my medications. I called and the receptionist told me my case was not closede yet, so I told her I would like to return but did not want to see this therapist that is trying to be something that she's not, they told me I had to leave a message on her voicemail so I did requesting the new therapist, after some time had passed I received a letter from this nobody and was told my case was closed and couldn't return but if in the later furure I could come back but had to go to these groups. Now I have to find a whole new mental health business to get the help and medications I will need. I thought these people were out and had taken a vow to help people not give them more grief to make our problems worse. And the rating I gave them was too hugh but there wasn't a o.
