On Friday, March 30th I went to Joseph's Hair Salon to have a full hair highlight and cut done performed by Sara.
1.) The hair highlight did not get to my roots. I have a good half inch of roots showing.
2.) The color turned out nothing like the picture I showed Sara and the explicit explanation that I wanted more blonde then brown when she asked again.
3.) The hair cut did not get my split ends as I requested. I specifically said that I wanted as much cut off as needed to remove all my split ends.
4.) I had to send two emails before the owner called me.
5.) I received one phone call back from the owner at 9:15pm at night. I did not appreciate being called after 9, and I thought that is normally a common curtsey to not call someone after 9 pm.
6.) When I called the owner back on Friday, April 6th at 11:15 am, which was a time she said she would be available, Sara picked up, put me on hold and I waited over 10 minutes, to which no one offered to take a message or check to see if I was being taken care of.
7.) I called again Saturday April 7th, and left a message and still have not heard back from from the owner.
8.) I sent a follow up email requesting a phone call to the owner on Saturday April 7th saying I would escalate the issues if they were not addressed/resolved. I have reached out to the owner six times in an attempt to get a hold of her and discuss the situation. The owner has only made one attempt to contact me after 9:00 pm at night.
