Extremely disappointed with hot stone massage. 10 am appointment in which masseuse showed up 10 mins late. No locker room/ robes to change. Her hands were ice cold, had to ask her to stop & please warm them or the lotion. No music in background, instead had to listen to a man speaking loudly on the phone somewhere in a nearby office. Because she was late, my 70-minute massage became only 50 mins, which was fine since I didn't want 10 more mins of this torture. Didn't bother complaining at the desk since I never want to go back there. Oh yeah, forgot the pain I now have in my lower back which wasn't there before this massage. Go somewhere else!
