I've taken a couple of different classes at MoveStudio: Chair Dance Fitness, Ballet Barre, and Deep Stretch Yoga. I have to say, I have become ADDICTED to Ballet Barre! Kris Walters, the ballet barre instructor, is amazing! She'll work out muscles you never even knew you had. I've taken the class several times, and each time is a little different - so you'll never get bored.
MoveStudio is a little bit of a drive for me, but the classes they offer are totally worth the commute. They've got tons of options and time frames, too. I look forward to trying more!
