One of this companies trucks had a huge rock fly out of the top and crack my windshield, I got all the information needed, truck number, location, time and date etc. and emailed them about it. This has been going on for 2 months now and the office gal has emailed me once saying they would pay for a new windshield and to send her quotes, which I did, now she will email me back, will not answer my calls. What type of customer service is that? I would not recommmend this company to anybody due to the way they handle my situation. Very rude and frustrating.
