THIS PLACE IS THE they had lost the hose attachment. The RUDE OWNER of the store told me that I must have lost it somewhere in my house. Then said that he would DO ME A FAVOR and order a new hose. Another MONTH goes by, and I had to call to check on the status of my vacuum. The RUDE OWNER tells me, it's ready and they just forgot to call me. (Thanks!) When I finally got to the store, my light gray vacuum cleaner had a mismatched black power chord and black hose. I asked to speak to the RUDE OWNER to see about having the price adjusted since I have been waiting 2 months to get my vacuum back and was not pleased with the service I received.
THE OWNER YELLED AT ME AND TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT ADJUST THE PRICE, STILL CLAIMING THAT HE DID ME A FAVOR REPLACING THE HOSE THAT HE LOST.
HE IS A RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, UGLY, NASTY, OLD MAN!
HOPE THIS BUSINESS GOES UNDER SOON!!!
Anyone who yells at his own customers does not deserve business in this economy. I paid $90 to be without my vacuum cleaner for 2 months and when I got it back it looked awful.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!
