Management could not locate the reservation for my party of 50, even after confirming reservations the day before. No other customers were present at the time so reluctanctly we were seated.\r

30 min passed before food & drink orders were taken. 2 hours passed before the food was sent to tables. The food was cold and not worth the money paid. Meanwhile, customers in the main dining hall were being served and no one was waiting for food.\r
