My wife and I ordered some artwork for our baby's room 8 weeks ago! Nothing big, just some wooden flowers and wooden butterflies. We have called and called and stopped in to inquire and all we got was bs. We were told it was shipped a week ago, but nothing yet. Not even a courtesy call or an apology for the wait. It would be one thing if we were told it was going to take a while to get it in, but we weren't. Awful service and we will never order from these people again.
