I thought these were adorable. Ordered a bouquet of 12 ducks to be sent as new baby present. Woman said needs to be in a jumbo duck to work. It was sent and I was charged $71 (over $20 for shipping!). The recipients called the store to let them know the Jumbo Duck came broken. They said they would send another. They never did. I sent two emails requesting them to send another or credit me. No response to email. \r
I would never again buy or order something from this company. Even though the product is cute, they do not stand behind their products and have horrible customer service.
