We had a refrigerator go on the fritz and quickly priced other refrigerators but decided to call Harvey's to see if we could salvage ours. We set up an appointment - he was early.\r
\r
He pulled the frig away from the wall and it took him about three minutes to get into the guts of the machine, came back out and gave me a part and said ""That's your problem."" Time to diagnose and repair - about 7 minutes.\r
\r
Then Harvey gave us a 10 minute tutorial on how to set the refrigerator for cooling and freezing - anything more was an expensive waste of electricity with no added benefit. Harvey's tutorial also included the best way to react to an area power outage to save the components of electrical equipment when the electricity surges back on. Even if everything is working, have him come over for the tutorial.\r
\r
By the way - the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be.\r
\r
Really, you gotta use this guy.
