I was overly excited to rent from Lone Star Realty in Oct 2011. Upon move in they had me do a move in checklist of things needing repair, I did this. Six months later & repairs still not done. The duplex that I moved in to had fleas in carpet, holes in ceiling where animal was living & entering the apartment daily leaving feces & fleas all over house. My front door has a 1/2"" crack in it where u can see daylight even after you have locked both locks. Several of the electrical plugs do not work in my kitchen I cannot have 2 appliances plugged in at same time without tripping a breaker. Bathroom has mold behind toilet, under bathroom sink. Back yard was overgrown with weeds, tree limbs & grass. I have complained every single month that I have lived here, filled out numerous work orders & even turned them over to the Better Business Bureau. I can't hardly wait to move when my lease is up.
I have never been late on my rent & I do not understand why they would treat tenants this badly. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, YOU WILL SORRY!
