So I tried to make the best decison on choosing a surveyor. Was so hesitant to use him. Called a few places and he was the cheapest. He got the job done.However, I had to get a permit and the Inspector laughed at the paper work I had. He asked if I paid for the services. I wasnt sure what he was asking me. So he explained to me how I should have received an actual blueprint not a regular sheet of paper. Then he said there was nothing official about what I received. Since it wasnt a permit for major work it didnt matter much. It contained no seal what so ever. We contacted Mr Johnson and he wasnt so pleasant at the time. Maybe he had a bad day. So he called back we requested the blueprints and for them to have an official seal. A few days later I get a regular size paper with a seal on it and right in the middle was a dead fly or something that they photocopied on. So I wasnt very pleased at all. It sucked not knowing I was getting scewed in a way even thou the job was done the offical paper work was crap. So now I will need a survey for blueprints done the right way. So much for cheapest....
