If there was a rating lower than 1-star I would have given it to them (a -5 star would be about fair). Seriously, this ""company"" has no idea what they are doing. Their response to me when I raised concerns about 1. the system not working properly bc they dont know how to operate/program it; and 2. that it seemed odd that they couldn't leave their office assistant a message to send me an insurance certificate was ""well you can go back to paying $35 per month with bigger companies.""
Sloan's only market point is that you can get monitoring for only $10 per month. But you get what you pay for with this bunch of jokers; by bigger companies I believe Sloan was referring to larger more professional companies that have some clue about what they doing.
I wish I would have seen the other reviews before wasting time and money with this joke of an outfit.
