I wouldn't bother consigning here if you have really nice/new designer clothes. You will not get the money you deserve! I was also was under the impression after reading their website they took in only high end, new or gently worn clothes. I brought in all designer clothes, some never worn with tags. They marked them so low, and after signing their contract they let me know about the coupons available to customers...an additional 15-20% off items. By the time they take their cut and the additional coupons you end up with almost nothing! Not worth your time! Their are much better consignment stores out there for high end items.
Also, I was sad to see that most of the merchandise is worn looking. Items I would never consider consigning, but would give to Goodwill.
