When you love pizza you develop a taste that can be akin to those who know fine wine. Red Brick is not your ""house"" favorite kind of pizza. The crust has something about it that makes it very distinctive from your ""house"" variety pizzas.
Then... you come to the sauce and cheese. When you eat one of these pizzas, it's just plain memorable. I ordered the Italian pizza with garlic and it was spiced perfectly.
I'll eat here again!
