Mr. Michael Bailey is absolutely an scam artist. Why? (1) He sexually harasses his female employees, & gets away with it: either they're too afraid to mention it, really need employment, OR lacks evidence. I mean, he was kicked off the Police Force due to sexual harassment, isn't that enough evidence? I think so. (2) Employees are never paid on time. Checks are given 2-3 days late, & even if it's given on time, employees often hear ""insufficient funds"" from the tellers. Charter One in Harper Woods & Bank of America in Eastpointe can testify to that. Mmmmm. You know what, maybe he gambled payroll away at Motor City Casino. And how would I know that? All I needed was his picture, & pow, my inside people informed me that he's a regular, & often stays long hours the night before payday. (3) He's black listed(flagged) from numerous party stores in Michigan. Why? His checks have a reputation of bouncing. (4) The company cars are very extremely raggedy. He hardly ""gas"" them up, & purchase oil. Always breaking down, running hot, & the batteries die. Wow, what an awesome businessman, huh? (5) He tends to hire young, pretty & vulnerable ladies, makes them supervisors, have his way with them, & fire them once he's had enough of them. (6) He oppress & exploits the weak. (7) Employees that were terminated or resigned never receive last paycheck or checks in the hold. He denies unemployment. (8) He doesn't care about his employees well being; only the money he receives from his contracted sites biweekly. (9) He's a horrible representation of ""Ciena Healthcare & goes against the Vision & Mission Statement.
