Superb customer service! I brought my Gaggia machine in for service, and I swear it's working better than the day I bought it. Extremely thorough job! About a month later, I had another issue with it, brought it in, and Johnny saw to it that it was fixed #1, felt responsible that it was something they might have overlooked(Not so sure), didn't charge for the repair, and threw in some descaling solution! They have a customer for life! GREAT selection of coffee among other things, and great prices! EVERYONE is so nice! You will NOT be disappointed!
