Despite the good reviews (which is why I chose this salon), my experience was horrible. I have brown hair. I wanted to go just one or two shades lighter and I personally didn't care how it was achieved. I went first to Brittany and $200 later my hair was orange. She sent me home with orange hair and acted as if the color was perfectly normal and also as if I had asked for orange hair.
I was upset with the orange color, so I went back to Jacklin who ""fixed"" it free of charge. After, my hair was still an orange/red color. Everyone who sees me says ""oh you dyed your hair red??"" with a disgusted look on their face.
6 months of having orange hair, I decided to call Jacklin to find out what she used in my hair so that when I go to a new salon I may be able to actually achieve a normal looking color. Jacklin would not reveal to me what she used on my hair. Her reason was that they go to school and study to come up with the [orange] colors they dye their clients hair. I assured her I wasn't try to steal her special concoction of color, because in all honesty, everyone who sees it thinks it looks absolutely awful.

In my opinion, the Jacklin K Salon stylists/owner are rude and operate a very poorly run business.
