This is the worst shop I have ever been, don't ever go to them, they are good at cheating their customers and don't care about you at all. We drove from Nashville to NJ to visit our friends and had a car issue on interstate. AAA towed us to their store, first they over-charged us for almost $300 for a DEFECTIVE distributor (Pepboy accross the street sells this for $209, they claimed they purchased one from Pepboy and sold it to us for over $480+labor. This defective distributor only lasted for 5 minutes after we drove out of their shop, we had to drive back by restarting our car over 15 times on the way back. Then they told us their store was closing, there is nothing they could do the same day. We had to call our friends at NJ 2 hours away to pick us up, otherwise, we would end up on the street with nowhere to go since we didn't have a car. It is 8 hours from them driving back and forth for 2 days. When we found out they were cheating on us by selling a defective over-priced, we filed a complaint to BBB. They don't want to solve the issue at all, they said there was nothing they could do, and the defective distributor was not their fault, over-pricing was not their fault, leaving us in their backyard was not their falut. They even said that they were nice enough not charge us again on the 2nd day to replace THEIR defective distributor !!! What kind of business this shop is !!! Stay away from them. If I could give them 0 rating, I would.
