I took my new MDX in for service the first time, and I was blown away. I had a minor issue with my radio and headliner.
I thought I would have to go through a complex explanation of the problems because they were really minor issues, and you could only notice it if you drove the car.
Instead, they just said ""ok, we'll take care of it.""
I had planned to sit around the dealership for an hour or two while they fixed the problem. Again, to my surprise, they said, ""I will give you a loaner car, and you can come back tomorrow.""
They gave me a new TL as a loaner, which was a great car. Right on time, they called the next day, and said the car was ready. I had a meeting, so I did not think I could make it back that afternoon. They said no problem just come in whenever you are ready. I picked up the car the next day, good as new.
So, in a nutshell, this experience far exceeded my expectations.
