We called Service Now Heating & Cooling for a second opinion on our electric forced air furnace. We had purchased a coupon from another company for a discounted tune up. The other companies??? technician had come out to do the tune up and accidentally shorted a wire in our furnace. When they sent out a more experienced technician to repair it, he said that we should really buy a new furnace. The Service Now technician (Frank) looked it over and found that our furnace was older but in good shape. He made some adjustments to the furnace and now it runs fine. We are very happy that we called for the second opinion and will hire Service Now in the future when the time comes to replace the furnace.
