Im not even going to give them a rating. This place needs to be investigated by the BBB and the ADA! I recently had two abscessed teeth pulled. IT was a horrible experience. The front end staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Then the dentist comes in and hardly used any Novocaine to numb my mouth. He pulled so hard I though my jaw was going to break. He sent me out of there with no pain meds. I called to let him know I needed something for pain and was treated horribly by the girl on the phone.
NOW a week later I have dry socket and am in extreme pain! I called to get something for it and was yelled at by the hygienist and told to lose my damned attitude. I went down to get the girls information and was told they wouldnt give me her information and the dentist is out of the country..surprise surprise...I will be going back to my usual dentist will spread the news that Binghamton Dental is a butcher shop. I am also sending a formal complaint to the American Dental Association.
