We where given a 10 - 20 min pick up time, we ordered around 730pm and stopped by around 755pm, Hostess at the counter told us it would be another 15 minutes, it did not look like they even started the order until I walked through the door, when I came back 15 mins later the guy handing me the stuff was being rude about it like I should have waited inside for the full 15 mins instead of waiting outside for 10 mins. The items felt hot but when I got home the pizza tasted cold, like it was sitting around and reheated. I like 2 mins down the road so that would not have been a factor in it cooling down so quickly, hot box cold sauce.
The food tasted great but a disappointing in the service for pick up, it was a slow Monday night the restaurant was empty, no excuses.
