I want to preface this by addressing the grouchy person who accused all the positive reviewers of being employees or friends of the salon. When I read reviews, I usually discard isolated nasty ones unless they are numerous and consistent in what they say.
I used a Groupon enticement for highlights and a cut. Teri did the honors and the cut was superb. The highlights, which I routinely get in the front of my head to disguise that portion which is getting quite grey, didn't come out so well. I consulted with Teri again and she speculated that because this was her first time with my hair, and my hair type is very strong and somewhat resistant, the developer probably wasn't the right one for me. She redid the procedure free of charge, and gave me another fabulous cut. This time the highlights are perfect.
The coupon originally drew me to the salon, but Teri's way of handling a problem by cheerfully and unhesitatingly putting the customer first has earned my loyalty.
