I stayed at the Days Inn in Edison, NJ for 1 night while traveling back from Boston to Chesapeake, VA. I did not have a problem staying there. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. There is traffic noise because the hotel is right on US 1. Keep the AC unit on and you won't hear it. There are plenty of place to eat close by. US 1 can be tricky to navigate.
