My husband and I went in and walked around for close to 20 minutes with no greeting, while the only employee talked to another customer. She Saw the customer to the door, then proceeded to answer a personal cell phone call without ever acknowledging our presence.
Horrible service, and quite pricey anyway. Even if they were the cheapest around I'd never go with them due to the service.
