I scheduled a saturday appointment, which was three weeks away, since they only take cars in on the first saturday of the month and I had just missed the day to bring it in. After waiting three weeks, I got a call the evening before my appointment, and a message saying they needed to cancel my appointment and reschedule because they were going to be closed that saturday. I was so mad since I waited to get my car repaired so that I could do it on a saturday. I called them the following monday to say that I was not going to reschedule because of the unprofessional customer service. The woman on the other end said she would talk to her manager and see if they could get permission to pick my car up at my home and bring a rental to me. She said she would call me back in few minutes. I never heard back from her. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. more
