I bought Samsung washer, dryer and a fridge from conn's in sugar land, Tx an year back. Customer service was great at the store, they explained me well about the warrantee and all. I was very much satisfied at the store. I was one of the happy customer. Now my dryer is not working at all. Technician came and looked, he said he fixed the problem, he then blame the builder for something and left. The same day itself it broke again and we called in the next day. Customer service said they will send out a technician again but the never showed up on the date they suppose and i had to call back and ask what happened. The answer i got was ""some one finished your work order, it says it is completed."" I was so surprised about the answer and i asked if i can talk to a manager about this. then answer was ""no manager's available right now"". I insisted again and finally customer service rep told me they will call me back. Few hours passed no calls returned, called them back and the reply was all of them are busy. Make the story short my dryer is not working for more than 3 weeks. When ever i call the customer service i am getting some kind of excuses and most of them were really rude. Also i cannot believe a place where no managers or supervisor's are not available at all because when ever i call and request for a manager the answer is ""i am sorry there is not manager available at this time"". If you keep argue with the customer service rep they will say that a manager will call back but nothing happends. I will tell all my freinds and family and who ever i know about my ""very bad"" experience with conn's service center so that they will not get the same experience. Also eventhough my dryer is not working i still have to pay the bill they are sending rt? Atleast someone take the responsibility and talk to us and be sorry for the delay. Few things that i wants to pint out are: 1. customer service reps were rude, they werent trying to help. 2. No managers are available to talk. 3. Problem is still not fixed for more than 3 weeks and no calls or follow ups. 4. Seems like customer service reps dont care or dont have any concerns towards your problem. 5. Need some credit towards my payment since my dryer is not working for more than 3 weeks. I am writing this because i am so disappointed and dont know what else to do. more
