We had a party there for my Grandmother's birthday during the Easter Sunday brunch buffet. The service was absolutely terrible. We sat and had no server for about a half hour. So we started just eating from the buffet (so we could get some food!). We asked a passing by server if we could get menus and she said it was buffet only. Of course 2 large parties across from us all had menus in their hands....After speaking to a bartender (who said she was a manager as well) about this they sent out menus finally. We then flagged down a girl passing by who said she wasn't our server but she'd take our drink order. When I asked for a tap beer she said there was no tap beer for the banquet center because she'd have to run ""all the way to the bar"" for them. Of course...the table across from us had a steady flow of tap beers being served to them!!! She took our drink order and never returned. We finally (after 45 minutes or more) got a server afterwards that took 3 people menu orders and dissapeared. I went ""all the way to the bar"" and got my wife and I two tap beers. My cousin ordered two sodas that finally came after 10 or 15 minutes. They where flat...so the server came back with two cans of coke, set them down and said we're all out of glassware and walked away. The cokes were warm! So my cousin had to go to the bar where they were fully stocked with glasses and got a glass of ice. After all of this we had to bus our own table to make space for my Grandmother's cake. Then I get charged 16.00 per buffet which is pretty pricey considering the small selection of food and they they where out of multiple things on both of my visits to the buffet. Saw a manager that walked by us several times and seemed oblivious to what was going on around her (I was in contact with several different employees to get any service and it was obvious there was no communication between any of them). Overall it was probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. And whats more sad is their website doesn't even have any sort of email to contact them regarding issues. Guess I'm going to have to call and speak with a manager! more
