While the employees were kind and quick to check me in for my appointment, I was VERY disappointed and shocked at the lack of time the Optometrist actually took to look at my eyes. I hadn't been to the eye doctor in over 5 years, and they didn't dilate my eyes, test for glaucoma; the whole exam literally took 5 minutes! Then for my supposed contact lense fitting exam they told me to put in the type of contact lenses I was already wearing. What kind of fitting is that?! THEN, on top of that, I had a ValuPak coupon for $199 that was to include eye exam, contact lense fitting exam, frames with lenses, and 2 boxes of contacts. When I went to check out, they tried to charge me almost $470!!! Needless to say this is false advertising, and I most definitely will not be returning to this business. BEWARE.
