Brought my auto insurance to Jane's office and have had nothing but problems since the second month. They refuse to remove me from auto-withdrawl, even after being asked several times. They have cost me close to $300 in overdraft fees from not taking payments on agreed upon date. They were confrontational and rude with my wife on the phone. Worst insurance office EVER! Go down the street to the office next to the book store. They are much nicer and cheaper.
