I visited Ashdan's for the first time today. They had flavors posted as, "low carb, sugar free, dairy free and low fat. I asked the employee to show me the ingredients on the package. The first ingredient was fructose (sugar), the second was milk. Beware low carbers, diabetics and those with dairy allergies.
