I'm an owner of several dozen guns and took 2 into Reynerson's for repair. One of them was a KFC over/under that was not firing from the lower barrel and the stock not seated. The gunsmith said he'd never seen this model and would love to work on it. After a few weeks, they called and said the gun needed a part they couldn't find and they put the gun back together. When I picked it up today I was charged $160.00 for cleaning the barrels and waxing the stocks.....the lower barrel still doesn't fire and the stock is still mismatched. I never authorized an additional work only the stock and barrel not firing....both of which they did not repair. I'll NEVER take another gun to them and hopefully others will follow suit.
